Armond Scipione

Stunning fitness model and body builder Armond Scipione is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was born in 1980 in Syracuse, New York.

Armond started training at the gym at an early age of 14! His father held the push-up record at the police academy at the time and Armond was determined to beat him. His father showed him a few quick exercises and his body responded very quickly.

For Armond working out is a way of life, just like eating or sleeping. He says he couldn’t imagine it any other way.

Staying motivated for him has always been easy. He loves feeling and looking fit and he never wants to lose that.

He started his first bodybuilding competition when he was 21 years old at the NABF Vermont Super Natural where he came in at 163 lbs and was fortunate to win the Junior Division and took 2nd place in the Open Middleweight. One year later, he competed in the NBA Mr. Vermont competition coming in 13 lbs heavier at 176 lbs in his best-ever condition, which was good enough to grab the Open Middleweight and Novice titles.

In 2004, Armond entered in the Musclemania Nations Capitol but his head wasn't in the right place during the training and the best he could do was 6th. For this reason, he decided to part ways with competing for awhile and head toward fitness modelling.

A modelling agency immediately saw potential in the young bodybuilder and offered him a modelling contract.

Armond first magazine cover was on Flex Magazine January 2004 issue. Soon after, he achieved success quickly appearing in countless major fitness magazines including: Exercise for Men Only March 2005; Men's Exercise October 2005; Fitness and Physique Magazine Summer 2007 and also graced the front covers of Men's Workout April 2008; Exercise and Health Magazine Summer 2008 and Nine5Four Magazine March 2007; Men's Workout August 2009 (Front Cover); Men's Workout February 2009; Olympian's Mind and Body News December 2008 (Front Cover); Men's Workout November 2008 (Front Cover); Olympian's Mind and Body News July 2008 (Front Cover); Men's Workout August 2008; X-Fitness April/May 2008 (Front Cover); Men's Workout April 2008 (Front Cover); Exercise and Health Spring 2008 among others.

In 2007, Armond decided to go back to bodybuilding where he competed at the FAME North American Championships placing 3rd.

Armond is not just a pretty face. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Nutrition and is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.

He has also been published in the Life Extension Magazine where he has written several articles about food supplements and in several medical journals.

Besides winning many bodybuilding titles and modelling, Armond loves snorkelling, swimming, boating and hiking.

Armond has worked with photographers such as Luis Rafael, George Hoffman, Justin Price, Jennifer Chamberlain and Onyx Photography to name a few.
