Fabian Hambüchen

Gorgeous German Fabian Hambüchen (also spelt Hambuechen) is the other stunning and sexy Fabian of the gymnastic world.

Fabian was born on October 25, 1987 in Bergisch Gladbach, North Rhine-Westphalia. He now lives in Wetzlar.

Perhaps even hunkier than Fabian Leimlehner, Hambüchen has a more muscular body and oozes sex appeal.

He’s one of the rare gymnasts who have broken through with a wide appeal in his country, being named the 2007 German sports person of the year.

At the age of 16, in 2004 Fabian was the youngest German athlete to compete at the Olympic Games in Athens and in Beijing he won a bronze medal in the men’s high bar competition.

In his career, he has so far won five medals at World Championships and six at European Championships. Fabian had to pull out of the 2009 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships because of an injury to his foot. He was a frontrunner for the all around title and the high bar.

Typical of elite gymnasts, Fabian is a mere 5’4”. His favourite song is “It’s Not Over” by Daughtry, his lieblingsessen (favourite food) is pizza.

Fabian’s favourite mottos reflect his unrelenting drive to be the best in his athletic endeavours: “I don’t have to be what you want me to be” a quote from Muhammad Ali and "Do your own thing and let nothing or no one stand in your way."

In 2007, Fabian was chosen as the face and body of a new Ad campaign for EnBW, a German utility company.

His number one hobby is listening to hip hop music, especially 50 cent. If he could describe himself in two words, he says, "spontaneous and fun." If I could describe Fabian in two words, mine would be: talented & beautiful (see ... I'm not totally shalow! LOL)
