Matt has been working on his physique for around 5 years – 1 year competitively. He started bodybuilding when he felt like switching his look from a more massive bulkier kid to a leaner more aesthetic body. With a hard daily routine starting at 4.30am and a clean diet Matt worked very hard at the gym to achieve his amazing physique. Matt began to read and educated himself on training routines and diet plans; he also went to school for Bioscience.
Matt’s motivation comes from the will to be the best and by the people around him who go the extra mile and are living out their passions.
